You need time to Park, Check-In and go through Safety. Rental time starts exactly at start-time. Choose a later time if you won't make it at that time

45-Minute Arrival Policy

Your rental time begins exactly at the selected start time. Please arrive 45 minutes early to secure parking, complete the check-in process, and attend the safety briefing. We cannot compensate or accommodate late arrivals.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your booking at least 48 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund or credit for your deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the rental start time will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows also forfeit their deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule reservations at any time due to policy violations or to ensure personal safety.

Solo Riders / Doubles / Triples

The maximum permitted weight capacity per Jet-Ski is 400 Lbs and/or 3-persons. We do not permit more than 2 adults and/or 1 small child per jet-ski regardless of weight (i.e. 3 skinny adults). In the event of moderate swells/wave water conditions that does not meet dangerous conditions to warrant a weather cancellation, only 1 person may be permitted on board. Typically occurs on very windy days.

Weather Policy

GTA Lake Rentals Ltd. may cancel or reschedule bookings based on dangerous (thunderstorms & high winds & 1M+ waves) weather conditions on the day of the rental. We monitor weather conditions throughout the day and week, if your booking is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, you will receive a credit.

General Liability Waivers and Rental Agreement

You must complete all documents attached to your booking before the rental start time. Access to these documents will be provided upon booking completion. Insufficient or incomplete documents may cause delays during check-in, and lost time will not be compensated.

Pass will be issued by GTA Lake Rentals on behalf of Frenchman's Bay Marina

Fees are collected on behalf of Frenchman's Bay Marina

Save time from registering vehicle at the marina office

Display of pass is required per vehicle parked in the lot
